Medical Doctor and Professor at Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Formerly recognized as a top-tier professional and technical talent by the Qingdao Municipal Health Bureau. He is a fifth-generation inheritor of the National Traditional Chinese Medicine Academic Experience Inheritance Program and a fourth-generation successor of the Qilu Shanghan (Cold Damage) school. He is also a nephrology specialist with particular expertise in treating nephritis, nephrotic syndrome, renal failure, urinary disorders, edema, kidney deficiency, and sub-health conditions. He has proposed an approach to chronic kidney disease based on the “Jueyin stage of the Six Channels” theory, with Jueyin-based methods as a key therapeutic strategy, forming a distinctive system of pattern differentiation and treatment.
As an ACC-registered acupuncturist, he is skilled in external therapies of Traditional Chinese Medicine, including acupuncture (such as scalp acupuncture, floating needle therapy, and wrist-ankle acupuncture), navel-based therapies (such as navel acupuncture and moxibustion), and herbal external applications and fumigation. These methods are used to treat various musculoskeletal pain conditions, including neck, shoulder, lower back, and leg pain, as well as joint sprains and related injuries.

Medical Doctor born into a family with a strong Traditional Chinese Medicine heritage. Her maternal grandfather, Liao Youmin, was invited in the 1930s in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, to work at the Jiangxi National Medicine Advanced Training Institute led by Yao Guomei (later the Jiangxi Traditional Chinese Medicine School, now Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine). He authored A New Interpretation of the Treatise on Cold Damage (Shanghan Lun). Dr. Chen has continued this family tradition, beginning her study of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1993. She graduated in 2002 from Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine with a Master’s degree in Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine. From 2009 to 2010, she trained at the Reproductive Medicine Center of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In 2015, she obtained a Doctor of Medicine degree in Obstetrics and Gynecology Assisted Reproductive Medicine from Qingdao University Medical College.
With more than a decade of formal academic training, she has a solid theoretical foundation and many years of clinical experience in major tertiary hospitals in China. She has extensive clinical experience across internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, obstetrics, pediatrics, and other fields.
She is particularly skilled in Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment of infertility, gynecological inflammation, endocrine disorders, and benign gynecological tumors. She also treats common pediatric conditions such as colds, coughs, indigestion, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and night crying.
医学博士，出生于中医世家，外祖父廖幼民[20世纪30年代江西南昌受聘于姚国美先生主持的江西国医专修院（后来的江西中医专门学校，现江西中医药大学），著书《伤寒论新诠》]。陈医生继承家医传统，1993年始学习中医，2002年毕业于江西中医药大学中西医结合硕士学位；2009-2010年在山东中医药大学附属医院生殖中心进修，2015年于青岛大学医学院获得妇产科辅助生殖医学博士学位。10余年正规院校教育，理论基础扎实，在国内三甲医院从业临床多年，对内外妇儿都积累了丰富的临床经验。尤其擅长中医治疗不孕不育、妇科炎症、内分泌失调、妇科良性肿瘤等；小儿感冒、咳嗽、消化不良、腹痛腹泻、夜啼等常见病。
